Certified Practising Accountants

We work closely with our clients to transfer knowledge and solutions to enhance the performance of your business. Our goal is to empower small business people, superannuation fund trustees and taxpayers by introducing them to and helping them with accountancy, taxation and financial tools and solutions. Am I spending too much time on administrative and accounting tasks? Does the solution to this always have to be, working even more hours, in the evening, to catch up on all the administration, hiring a bookkeeper and/or getting more compliance help and services from an accountant? There is another way!

What is this other way?

It is all about learning simple tools and making use of automation. If you run a small business or an SMSF having good administration skills is hardly a bad thing. If you are good at administration you will find it easier to deal with government departments, other businesses, banks, their forms and their systems. The start point for all this must be your own financial affairs.

So:
  • Accounting automation: can someone guide me on how I can set up an accounting system where I do not have to code and process bank statements, reconcile bank accounts or key in creditor invoices anymore?
  • Finding my paperwork: can someone show me a simple low-cost way that can help me with paperwork. How do I slash the time I always spend filing and finding my documents?
  • A little help from my family or friends: I want to work with an accountant where I can do all the basic processing. I have a spouse, child, or a friend who I think can assist me.
  • What is the best way to get them involved? What simple systems and solutions can I access to make it work?
  • I wish someone would show me how to do my BAS return. I would like a checklist so that even though I am not a trained accountant or a bookkeeper I can prepare and lodge my own BAS with ease.
